Welcome to the first module of the Vona du Toit Model of Creative Ability (VdTMoCA) Learning Framework. The module is relevant for health and social care practitioners across the workplace skill mix. Participants will be guided through a range of e-learning activities based around the theory of the VdTMoCA. The module equips learners to understand the model, apply it to their practice and contribute to the wider evidence base. The module can be taken as individual learning units or taken as the whole module with a summative assessment of learning outcomes worth 20 credits at Level 4. The credits and certification will only be awarded on successful completion of the summative assessment.
