Leadership and Management

This leadership and management course aims to develop general management skills and knowledge for people who require the practical ability and academic underpinning to lead and manage teams of people. The course will appeal to people of a wide variety of ages and experiences, in private and public sectors, large and small companies from the UK and overseas. This is a practical course that transitions traditional academic study and combines practical application including visits from guest speakers from industry.
