Overview
This five-week course provides an introduction to the AACN Synergy Model for Patient Care. Through course materials, including suggested readings, online discussions and reflections, podcasts, videos, and self-assessment quizzes, participants will gain a better understanding of the AACN model, so they can apply it to various areas of practice. Although the course is somewhat self-paced, participants are encouraged to complete course modules and assignments in a timely manner according to the course calendar.
